• Royal Mail Special Delivery
  This is guaranteed for delivery by 1pm the next working day (including Saturday). Orders up to 1kg in weight
  are charged at £8.95, up to 2kg is £10.95. Note: Orders over 2kg can be sent by 
  Royal Mail Special Delivery, but the price from Royal Mail for this weight is very expensive, we recommend that you use the APC 24 hr service instead.
• APC collect from our premises at approximately 4:00 pm each day, so in order to guarantee same day shipment, orders should be received by 3:00pm. We will endeavour to ship
  orders placed after that time, but this cannot be guaranteed. If your order is urgent & placed after 3:00pm please give us a call on 01248 719353 and we will do our best to get your order shipped that day.

  We are happy to ship our products to you wherever in the world you are. The shipping
  charges are based on the weight of your packed order, and will be calculated
  automatically at the checkout stage. Current pricing is as follows:
• Please Note: Due to a change in postal regulations which came into effect January 2013 we can no longer ship lithium batteries
  (Lipo / LiFe etc) or lead-acid batteries by international post. We can still ship these with certain carriers, the costs of which
  vary considerably between countries & change frequently. Please contact us for accurate shipping prices.

* Shipping to Italy.

We are happy to ship to Italy, however we have encountered huge losses when sending by

airmail post to Italy (in the region of 40% of the packages we sent were reported as not

arriving, consequently we will now ONLY ship to Italy via registered mail. Unfortunately this

does cost more, but you have a much greater chance of receiving your goods this way.

Also this service is faster than standard airmail post. Customers in other EU countries

can also select this registered mail service for faster deliveries.
