Depending on your location you will see the various shipping methods available to you. Note that the cheapest shipping methods generally are not tracked, so bear this in mind if you are looking for tracking.
Delivery times vary considerably depending on location & method chosen. Generally, UK destinations are shipped by 1st class Royal Mail unless the order contains heavy (>1.5kg) lead-acid batteries, or lithium batteries. These cannot legally be shipped by Royal Mail & can only be shipped by carrier. For mainland UK destinations, we use APC next working day service, for other parts of the UK we use either Myhermes or UPS, delivery varies between 2 & 7 days. Small (<2kg) international orders are shipped by airmail post, tracked airmail post is also an option. Lead-acid batteries, of any size, also lithium batteries cannot legally be shipped by airmail post & can only be shipped by carrier. The costs & delivery times vary considerably depending on the order size and destination.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with details of the shipment, including a tracking number if a tracked service was selected. If you don't receive this e-mail check your spam folder as automated messages can often be incorrectly registered as spam - especially with microsoft accounts (hotmail, outlook, live etc)

Our phone line is open during office hours Monday - Friday only, outside of this time you can leave a message & we will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also e-mail us, which is best if you need to send us pictures, again, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
You do not need to create an account to place an order, you can just check out as a geust, however, you will not be able to view the details or your order afterwards. When you have created an account, you can log into the web site & see all your previous orders.
If you are buying batteries for use in a disability aid, such as a stairlift, or mobility scooter, we can supply these VAT free. Please contact us first as you will need to complete a declaration form, which we will provide.
Yes of course. We are a real business, not just someone pretending to be whist trading from their spare bedroom. We are open Monday - Friday between 10:00am & 4:30pm you can find us easily by simply typing "component-shop" into Google maps (maps.google.co.uk) It may be possible to arrange collection outside of these times, strictly by prior arrangement. It is best to contact us before visiting to ensure that we have what you need in stock. Please also bear in mind that we do not have a retail shop, it is a warehouse & so we don't have much on display, but we are happy to show you the products once you are here.
